Leon Egozi and Associates, P.A., founded in 1989, is a full service public accounting firm concentrating on tax planning and compliance both domestic and international.
Our firm is fully tri-lingual speaking English, Spanish, and Russian, and serves primarily distribution and service businesses like real estate and technology.
We prepare, compile, and review financial statements serving as valuable business advisors to our clients. We handle IRS controversy work including audit and appeals, and represent clients with all types of tax notices including those involving foreign disclosures.

Tax Compliance
We prepare all types of federal, state, and local returns, including all 50 states and the required international disclosures. We can advise you if you have late filed international and domestic returns and match you with the appropriate IRS program and legal counsel, if necessary.

Financial Statements
We prepare both compiled and reviewed financial statements. We will perform all accounting functions, including primarily assisting your accounting personnel or, if necessary, "write up" and bookkeeping services.
